SHIPPING
Shipping is available Canada wide! Rates will be available directly at checkout based on location and weight of items.nOnce an order is placed, please allow for 2-3 days for processing before being shipped.
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND/OR SHIPPED.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on all candy products.
If the wrong item was sent, items are missing from your order, or your order arrives damaged, please use our contact form with a description of your issue and a clear photo so we can make it right!
Please note, refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout or wrong candy choices. Please review all information carefully before placing your order.
Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to heat. Shipping carriers do not consider melted candy a valid damage claim. Candy generally ships well if you are available to receive your package upon delivery and if it is not left in mailboxes or outdoors for an extended period of time. To prevent this, we recommend delivering to a location where someone will be present.
